Replaced a 19.5 year old furnace with a new Bryant high efficiency natural gas furnace and smart system thermostat. Added a new Lennox whole-house air purification system with the furnace. I also had a thermostatically controlled gas heater installed in our garage. Very pleased with Charlie and all three members of the installation crew. All very helpful and professional. Highly recommended!
There is no one better than LaSalle Heating and Air Conditioning. We went through a few bad apples with our home warranty, but since we found LaSalle, we couldn’t be happier. They do the job quickly and honestly. They never pressure you to buy a new furnace or a/c, but they give helpful recommendations if you are considering it. Max has been to our home twice now- once last year for an a/c issue and once this year for a furnace issue. Both times he was very professional and kind, and he fully explained everything he was doing. It feels really nice to know we are in good hands no matter what day or time we call.
LaSalle HVAC should be your first go to for any HVAC problem. I've used them in the past and have yet to have even a minor complaint. They are professionals in the truest sense of the word. They keep you updated on the status of your call, let you know service call fees up front and really know what they are doing. Had my heater go out on New Years day. Called them around 8:00 AM. By 1:30, the heater was fixed and Charlie went over it to make sure it was correct. Even fixed a few things, no charge. LaSalle should be your first and only call for any HVAC problem

LaSalle Heating and A/C. will always be my first choice, and my top recommendation. My furnace went out on a Sunday morning. I called my “service plus” vendor for help at 9:00 am. A technician finally came at 1:35 AM Monday morning, only to tell me my furnace was not repairable—it was now 2:00 AM and my house was 48 degrees! I called LaSalle Heating and A/C first thing Monday morning. Within hours, Scott was at my home to take a look at the furnace and provide an estimate for a new one. He took the time to walk me through the best options for me, found rebates and programs that saved me hundreds of dollars, and helped me with setting up financing. They were ready to install the next day, and I couldn’t have been happier with Charlie and team who did the install. They were so kind, polite, and thorough. They walked me through everything they did, showed me how to care for and operate the system, and left the area in immaculate condition.I am so grateful for a company that is trustworthy, dependable, and one who so highly values its customers and what they experience. My furnace was making loud noises so called LaSalle Heating and Air and Max came out to check it out and said it was the blower motor and he explained in great detail what was wrong and my options of repair (repair part, repair furnace with like furnace, repair with upgraded furnace, repair furnace and AC). Since my furnace is original to the house I decided to replace my furnace with a new enhanced model furnace at a later date and he gave me the quote and explained the process. He was super helpful in explaining it all well to someone who had no idea about furnaces. The fee I paid that date for him to come out then applied towards my future furnace bill when replaced. I had Max come back a few weeks later (and Kevin came with) to replace my furnace just in time because on the day I had them come back the furnace died earlier that morning. They worked really hard and did excellent work, and kept me informed of what they were doing along the way. Kevin cleaned up everything neatly. The furnace looks great and works great! I was very pleased with the work. Max was very friendly and helpful and gave me all of the follow up information for what needed to be done for registering my furnace warranty and getting my inspection and my rebate. I was impressed with their work ethic. Both Kevin and Max did commendable work. Max was super helpful and friendly and answered all of my questions - and I had a LOT of them! He was very patient. Going through an unexpected furnace expense is not fun but he made the process a lot less painful. He also told me about their financing options which was great. Max really knows his stuff and I highly recommend LaSalle Heating and Air Conditioning and Thank Max for his professional service and great customer service skills. 5/5 stars. (They also keep you informed of when they are coming and who is coming via email and text with photo so you know who is coming out)
I had heater breakdown on one of the coldest days of this season! Called in Lasalle and Charlie was out looking at it before noon!! Thank You Charlie!!
